We have our own manufacturing plant in India with the most modern machinery. We have a vertically integrated set up which complies with all international standards.
Our infrastructure comprises of excellent manufacturing and management facilities, In-house design department, qualified personnel to handle the requirements of the global design trends and dedicated team. The capacity is around 5000 pcs per day and we are also in the process on expanding our manufacturing units.
We have a dedicated quality assurance department to ensure the quality levels are maintained. We have an in-house lab to approve the fabric for its shrinkage, fastness, GSM and shade matching process. The garments are also inspected for the construction, measurements and manufacturing defects. The quality is always the top priority for us and we maintain consistent standards. Embroidery
Imported barudan machines from Japan. All these machines have 20 heads and are totally computerized. We are very well experienced in applique embroidery, by using laser cutting machines.Compacting
We are using FERRARO-Italy machines for compacting Process. Through this machine we ensure the fabric quality , shrinkage and feel of the fabric.Printing
Our print house comprises of two divisions, Rotary printing Division for all-over prints, and Chest printing - 4 Nos. The Rotary printing division is capable of printing 10 colours simultaneously in pigment, reactive and discharge printing.Dyeing
Our Dyeing factory contains an Imported Soft Flow Machines 5no's, Through our Dyeing factory we produce 2500kg's per day. For processing we are using the dyes with AZO-Free Components.Relax Dryer
Our Dryer house comprises of Turkey maked ENTEMA machines, Through this plant we dry the Dyed clothes in 5000kg's per day.Corrucated Box
We have own Corrucated Box manufacturing Plant, through this plant we produce 1500 cortans per day. We supply corton boxes all over INDIA. ‘Asian Clothings’ has one of the most modern finishing plants in India. It is equipped with the latest world-class machinery imported from Europe. Through our Production Plant we make a Packed Ready wears, Our Production unit running in 200machines with 500no's experienced professionals. Our production Capacity is 5000pcs per day.
